DIPLOMA IN HARDWARE  ENGINEERING WITH NETWORKING
No Prior Knowledge required will be done from very Basic [100% Practical oriented]

  Module - 01 "COMPUTER SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE"  
  •  CPU internal & external architecture (all type of latest processors & advance features)
•  RAM technology (all types of latest RAM, RAM rating, RAM coding, CAS, tRCD, tRP, tRAS parameters, ect…..)
•  Cache memory technology (Types & Optimizing system Performance)
•  ROM technology (CMOS, BIOS, POST & system functionality)
•  Expansion bus (all types of latest expansion slots & functionality)
•  PORTS (all types of latest ports & compatible devices)
•  Disk drives (all types of disk drive architectures & parameters)
•  Using a processor number to read processor detail [Speed, Cache capacity, Processor types….etc]
•  Power supply (all types of power supplies, Watt, Volt, Amp rating)

  Module - 02 "CONFIGURING FULLY FUNCTIONAL COMPUTER SYSTEM"  
  •  Assembling & disassembling any type of computer system.
•  Repairing, Upgrading & Servicing any type of computer system
•  Testing a computer system (Partitioning, creating file system, booting from active DOS-partition & BIOS setup configuration)
•  Installing NT technology operating system (XP, Server 2003 …etc) from command prompt (none bootable CD) & Using a bootable CD.
•  Using O/S tools to measure the performance of the system
•  Trouble shooting installation problems in detail (file copy errors, stop errors. HAL errors, ….etc)
•  Installing & Using recovery console to troubleshoot & customize O/S boot (NTLDR, NTDETECT, MBR, DLL corruptions & SOS, base video, maxmem, noguiboot, options )
•  Unattended O/S installation (creating an answer file & automating the installation)
•  Creating bootable O/S CD with an answer file.
•  Dual boot configuration with none Microsoft O/S (XP, Vista with Linux O/S)

  Module - 03 "CUSTOMIZING THE O/S"  
  •  Setting up for best performance and best appearance.
•  Measuring system performance & bottleneck using task manager & performance counter.
•  Configuring group policy (User right, password, system settings, logon options,….etc)
•  Protecting system policy settings from viruses.
•  Registry editing (Using registry keys to customize & increase the performance)
•  Managing Data storage

  Module - 04 "CONFIGURING A FULLY FUNCTIONAL MULTIMEDIA COMPUTER SYSTEM"  
  •  Sound, Display, TV tuner & web camera configuration

  Module - 05 "TROUBLESHOOTING"  
  •  Hardware & Software errors in detail. (O/S, RAM, VGA, Sound, Disk Drives, Power Supply …etc)
•  Troubleshooting installation setup
•  Troubleshooting O/S boot in single and multi boot Configuration
•  Troubleshooting O/S after booting
•  Troubleshooting system components & Additional devices

  Module - 06 "NETWORKING"  
  •  Network Concept [types of networks, topologies & Architectures]
•  Installing Microsoft server operating system
•  Crimp your own network cable [Straight – Thru/ Crossover classes of IP address rage]
•  Advanced security & sharing configuration
•  Preparing a Printer to shire in the network
•  Using network tools to trouble shoot & customize network environment
 
  Course Duration: - 48 hours (week days and week end classes)
